Bin Burger is a fantasy fast-food restaurant that sells burger patties made from locally sourced organic household waste. With six different burgers on offer, this interactive exhibition allows visitors to understand how we can turn waste into food as well as see the impact our dietary choices have on the environment. Come and see how much of your waste is needed to make your favourite burger….or a burger made from bugs!
