The 'Cycles of Nature' is a two hour walking tour with a difference. Around the geo-physical terrain of Derry City, it will explain the cyclical natural patterns that influence the local environment. Often we overlook or take for granted these cyclical patterns which are in fact intimately interwoven into our lifestyles and health. You will go away with a set of simple tools to understand how to integrate the cyclical patterns of nature into your daily routine.
The walk will be led by Far and Wild Adventure Company in association with Indigenous Ireland.
