Spring is arriving on Strangford Lough and with it the arrival of an array of seasonal wild food emerges from the land and water. Join Rory Martin of Strangford Lough Activity Centre and Andrea & Graham of Peninsula Kelp for a unique guide to the sights and flavour of the area.

Having grown up on the lough, Rory will guide a paddle experience by kayak. Learn some local history, spot the wildlife and improve your paddling skills. After that, we will stop off at an island where Andrea/Graham will share the salty delights and unique taste of Strangford Lough.

For instance, they will be demonstrating what can be foraged there and cooking up a hearty lunch on the shoreline.
