This extraordinary and unusual dinner experience will transport you back to the Middle Ages, a world enveloped in spices, herbs and flavour.
This 5-course dinner will leave you open-mouthed from beginning to end, with its flavour combinations and its playfulness.
This surprise dinner is the joint creation of Chef Paul Cunningham, 4-time Chef Ireland winner and 2-time Great British Menu finalist, and Dr. Sarah Baccianti, award-winning heritage event organisers and researcher in medieval medicine. Join them for a deliciously entertaining night that will titillate your taste buds.
Accompanying the event will be harpist Maria Boyle with an ancient Irish repertoire.
