An Evening with Dan Saladino & Chef Paul Cunningham

Join renowned award winning food journalist and broadcaster Dan Saladino and Chef Ireland winner and 2-time Great British Menu finalist, Paul Cunningham in this unique two – part evening which includes a tasting menu like no other!

The evening will begin with a unique insight into Dan’s recent publication, Eating to Extinction. This book has already caught the attention of many critics as it explores the foods around the world threatened with extinction. Examining what this means for both humanity and the future of the planet Dan will no doubt leave us thinking entirely differently about what we consume.

With an infectious passion for food, foraging and sustainable produce Chef Paul Cunningham will take on the second part of the evening with some punchy flavours! Paul will tantalise taste buds with a zero waste twist – his 5 course tasting menu will be like no other in that it ingredients will be exclusively sourced by-products collected from producers working within a mile radius of the Banana Block and Portview Centre.
