Engineering Sustainable Futures
Event Details

Engineering Sustainable Futures is an interactive event where students from Key stage 1 to 4 can get hands on experience and learn about how Engineering will help us to address Global Challenges including health care, water, sustainable communities, and climate change. The students will engage with research scientists and engineers to find out how Engineering is changing our world for the future.

Students will learn how biomedical engineering improves health and saves lives, how smart water treatment systems provide safe drinking water for marginalised communities in the developing world, how water can be turned to hydrogen as a clean fuel for the future, and how composite engineering can provide new solutions for aerospace and transport.

This event is design to engage and encourage students to consider pursuing a future in Engineering and to make a real difference our Global Sustainability.
