Key Stage 1
Virtually join staff from Armagh Robinson Library, Northern Ireland’s oldest public library, as they talk about different shapes found within their building. Storyteller Liz Weir then tells the story of The Three Little Pigs. After viewing the film in the classroom, pupils are encouraged to try building some houses for themselves. They could, for instance, use paper straws, lollipop sticks and LEGO/DUPLO blocks to build houses for the three little pigs and then try blowing them down like the big bad wolf in The Three Little Pigs story.
